1. Why are your prices so cheap?

Answer: our prices are so low due to our low overhead, and streamlined
workflow. We only offer a few services - we do them well, and do them for cheap.


2. Is your quality as good as other disc duplication companies?

Answer: Absolutely yes! We use Grade A media, and the production is done on
professional grade disc production equipment.

3. What is the difference between Black, and Full color printing?

Answer: Black is for text, light graphics and line-art. While full-color is photo-quality edge-to-edge color print on the disc. "photo quality" meaning 300dpi resolution. The print is done with thermal and offset print technologies.


4. Can I drop-off my masters, and pick up my order?

Answer: All masters and artwork files can be sent to us via email, FTP, or traditional shipping methods (mail or UPS, etc).
Local pickup is available, as we can arrange to have your order available for pickup at your local Fedex Office store.
We also offer free ground shipping on all orders.
